Hand Tufted Rugs
- Vacuum once a week using low suction.
- Do not use a beater brush or rotating brush.
- Do not beat the rug with a stick to remove dust.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
- Do not rub stains, as this can damage the pile.
- Do not wash, soak, or shampoo hand tufted rugs.
- Keep away from excess moisture and damp floors.
- Clip loose threads carefully; do not pull them.
- Rotate the rug every few months for even wear.
- Use professional rug cleaning only.
Return & Exchange
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Products are eligible for returns only due to a manufacturing fault.
- The design and motif dimensions may vary according to different sizes
- Colors may differ slightly due to photography lighting and screen variations
- Returns are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
- Promotional or clearance sale are not eligible for return and exchange.
- If eligible for a refund or requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of receiving the order.
- We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed within 72 hours of receiving the order . This step is crucial for processing the return efficiently.
- Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
Refund Processing:
- Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
- COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 10-12 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.
- Return Charges for carpets is 5% Per order.
- Cancelled orders (post-production): 50% refund
- Buyer covers return shipping costs.

- Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 working days from dispatch
- Express Delivery: 2 to 4 working days from dispatch
- Production: Production timelines may vary due to adverse weather conditions, operational constraints, or shipment damage during pickup.
- Delivery: Delivery timelines may vary due to destination service embargoes or other courier-related operational restrictions.
